Philomena Harrison, Senior Lecturer in Social Work at Liverpool Hope University introduces the day and sets the scene for what promises to be a thought provoking event.

Natasha and Kemi Ryan talk about setting up their organisation ‘Reformed’ which works on the intervention, prevention and aftermath of crime.  They discuss the importance about ‘understanding your service user in the culture.
